Challenges

Like voicemail.. but with video. 

Main challenges here were; when to surface this functionality (spontaneous desire to record a video message for someone, when someone doesn't answer a call, in the call UI itself, or after the call?), how to present a received video message, and then play it, keep it, reply to it or even share it with someone else.
