Challenges

A relatively significant design update for the Windows Skype client; covering the entire app window (core navigation, search, contact and recent lists), including the now standard 'bubble' style for messaging and inline media.

With the Windows client having the largest user base at the time, these updates went through multiple iterations based on user testing, AB testing and feedback post release.
